Earlier today MuscleNerd, of The iPhone Dev Team, announced on Twitter, that redsn0w 9.0 is now out of beta.

I wrote about the 3rd beta of redsn0w, just a little while ago. You can read the article on jailbreaking your iPhone with the new redsn0w, here. This is a really great, stable, jailbreak. It is not as fast as blackra1n, but faster isn’t always better. I would recommend redsn0w over blackra1n, at this point in time.

Now that redsn0w 0.9 is out of beta, it also supports iPod Touch 3G, and newer bootrom ipt3g and iPhone 3GS, with a tethered jailbreak.

You can get resn0w 0.9 for Mac and Windows from the redsn0w wiki, here.
